My name is India Kelly, I'm a high school student living in Berkeley, California. I began experiencing symptoms like migraine, fatigue, lightheadedness, and brain fog in 2021, and in 2023 I was diagnosed with POTS and ME/CFS (commonly called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), an illness that can include Long COVID. It took me a long time to receive a diagnosis and even longer to get treatment. During that time I experienced the frustration of navigating the health care system as well as the dismissal and gaslighting young women get from too many medical professionals. I started this website to document my journey, some of the resources that have helped me, let you know you can recover, and some of the ways anyone can get involved.
